I put in the wrong shipping address/forgot my unit number. HELP?!
We are unable to change addresses once you have received your shipment notification email. Your best bet is to keep an eye on tracking, contact the local post office when it gets close, and request to pick it up in person. If the package is unable to be located or marked as delivered, we will not ship a replacement or offer a refund under any circumstances.
When will my order ship?
Most items are made to order in-store, and usually fulfilled within 24-72 hours. Please note that I am only one person, and I work around the clock to get your stuff out to you as fast as possible without sacrificing quality! If it's any longer than this, I apologize for the delay and will contact you.
Orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm EST will not ship until Monday. That includes Priority, so please read up before you pay $420.69 for shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends where you live and what shipping method you pay for.
Shipping in Canada is anywhere from Next Day up to 5 business days.
Shipping in the USA takes on average 2-4 business days.
Worldwide Tracked is anywhere from 3-14 business days.
My order says it was delivered but I haven’t received it?
Many times orders are marked delivered when they have really just made it to the truck. Give it a few business days and check with some of your neighbors. If you parcel hasn't arrived 3 business days later contact your local post office. If they insist it was delivered, send us an email.
I ordered stuff but forgot to include a discount, can you adjust this for me?
Unfortunately, no. It is your responsibility to include any discount codes when you intend to use them. If you missed it this time, use it next time.
Please note: mystery boxes are value-based products and not eligible for discounts. If a discount code is used, the box’s contents will match the amount paid, not the original intended value.
Can you send me stuff for free and I'll promote it?
No. Get a job you bum!
Can I return/exchange an item?
As of October 10th, 2020, all orders placed are final sale. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you have any deals for people who spend too much money on your store?
Yes! Every person who places 12+ orders with us will receive 25% off for the rest of time we're in business, or until we die, whichever comes first. You might die first actually so place those orders!!
How does it work?
Create an account with us. Every time you place an order you'll be required to login. We can see on our end how many orders you have placed. Once you've reached 12, we will email you your customized discount code. I don't care if you buy stuff for friends with your discount, just make sure to charge them full price for your efforts. Capitalism, baby!
